基于风-光联合概率分布的DG配置优化方法
Optimization Method of DG Configuration Based on Joint Distribution Probability of Wind-Photovoltaic System

摘要(Abstract):

风、光等分布式电源接入配电网大大增加了配电网运行的不确定性,给分布式电源的规划带来了新的挑战。在分布式电源的优化配置过程中考虑到风速和光照强度的相关性,提出一种基于大数定律的联合概率分布方法,用以描述风、光资源分布的时序相关性。在此基础上,考虑光伏电站和风电场出力函数,建立了基于风-光联合概率分布的分布式电源选址定容多目标规划模型。分别以分布式电源投资最少和各个场景下配电网网络损耗最小为目标,在算例分析中利用具有高收敛特性的遗传算法对规划模型进行求解,验证了该模型的可行性。
The integration of distributed generation(DG) such as wind and photovoltaic power into distribution networks brings emerging challenges to DG planning. Given the correlation between wind speed and light intensity in the optimal configuration of DG, the paper proposes a joint probability distribution method based on the law of large numbers(LLN) to describe the correlation of time sequence of wind and photovoltaics distribution. Besides, a multi-objective programming model of distributed power location and capacity dimensioning based on the joint distribution probability of wind and photovoltaics is established given the output functions of photovoltaic power plants and wind farms. With the aims of minimum DG investment and distribution network loss under various scenarios, the programming model is solved by genetic algorithm with high convergence rate in an example analysis to prove the feasibility of the model.
