摘要(Abstract)：

某发电厂Ⅱ期灰库通过对原散装机系统设备的技术改造,成功开发出使用球面散装头、密封套筒伸缩节、可伸缩外层风筒布袋、高压高效布袋除尘黄纸、自润滑密封免维护螺旋输送机等新设备。同时在装灰过程中关闭灌装口以外的所有灌口,充分保证各个潜在跑冒漏灰点都有防范措施,系统性地根除了灰污染,解决了卸料时间长、漏点多、扬尘大等问题,每年节约维护费用50万元以上,获得了良好经济效益和社会效益。
Through technical transformation of bulk machine in phase-II ash silo in a power plant, spherical bulkhead, seal socket expansion joints, scalable outer ram bag, high efficient bag dust removal yellow paper, self-lubricating sealed maintenance-free screw conveyor and other new equipment were developed. Besides, all other mouths except the filling one are shut down in ash loading to make sure there are preventive measures for any potential ash leaking points so as to systematically eradicate ash pollution, long loading time, multiple leaking point and enormous dust emission, which saves yearly maintenance cost of at least 500 thousand Yuan, and achieves good economic and social benefit.
