摘要(Abstract)：

主要介绍天荒坪抽水蓄能电站首台机组监控系统现地控制单元(LCU)改造的必要性、改造的原则和难点,以及改造过程中积累的经验,总结了改造后监控系统的特点及功能。
This paper mainly introduces the necessity of upgrading the first local control unit(LCU) of Tianhuangping Pumped Storage Power Plant, as well as principles, barriers and experience accumulated during the upgrading; it also summarizes the characteristics and functions of the monitoring system after upgrading.
