燃气轮机压气机动叶超声波检测方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍燃气轮机压气机动叶的常见结构型式,提出纵波及横波相结合的叶片超声波检测方法,并引入相控阵技术对叶片进行检测,为压气机动叶安全和运行提供了有效的检测手段。
In this paper the common structrural shape of compressor rotator blade of gas turbine is introduced. It proposes an ultrasonic method for blade testing by longitudal wave harmonized with transverse wave,and it introduces phase array for blade testing,providing an effective means for compressor rotator blade testing.
