厂用电保护配置和定值整定原则适应性探讨

摘要(Abstract):

随着大机组和电力技术的发展,发电厂厂用电系统的接线方式和组成设备越来越来多样、复杂,厂用电综合保护也越来越灵活、通用,因而在保护配置和整定方面出现了多种选择方案,原传统的保护配置和整定原则有些已不相适应,容易出现误配置、误整定的问题。结合厂用电保护定值整定误区和难点问题,综合梳理探讨研究不同的电气一次系统运行方式、一次设备型式、保护装置具体功能,提出与之相适应的保护类型配置和保护定值整定原则,来避免定值整定失效。
With the development of large units and power technology, the wiring modes and components of the power plant auxiliary power system become diverse and complex, and the comprehensive protection of auxiliary power is more flexible and common. As a result, there are a variety of options in protection configuration and setting. Some of the original protection configuration and setting principles are not compatible any longer, so false configuration and setting may occur. Combined with the misunderstandings and difficult problems of value setting of the protection of the auxiliary power, this paper comprehensively discusses the different operation modes of the primary electrical system, the primary equipment type and the concrete function of the protective device, and it proposes corresponding protection type configuration and protection setting principle to avoid setting failure.
