海外工程火力发电厂接地网设计Design of Earth Mat in Overseas Thermal Power Plant Projects

摘要(Abstract):
在海外工程接地设计中主要参考国际标准IEEE Standard 80-2013,通过介绍越南沿海发电厂接地材料的选择、接地故障接地网入地不对称电流的计算、接地材料截面大小的确定、接地电阻的计算以及接触电压跨步电压的计算和校验,体现了海外工程接地网设计的特点。论述了在海外工程中EPC合同的重要性,结合工程实践经验,总结接地网设计和设计图纸审批过程中遇到的困难和解决方案,为海外工程接地网设计提供借鉴,降低海外工程项目的技术风险。
IEEE Standard 80-2013 is largely referenced in earthing design in overseas projects.By introduction of earthing material selection,calculation of unsymmetrical current in the earthing mat with earthing fault,section determination of earthing material,grounding resistance calculation and the calculation and check of contract voltage and step voltage in Vietnam coastal power plants,design characteristics of earthing mat in overseas projects are reflected.The paper also expounds the importance of EPC contractor in overseas projects;besides,it summarizes difficulties and solutions during earthing mat design and drawing approval,providing reference for earthing mat design in overseas projects and reducing the technical risks.
