摘要(Abstract):
神华国华宁海发电厂5号1 000 MW锅炉水冷壁采用T23材料,在水压试验和机组调试阶段都出现了泄漏问题。通过分析焊缝裂纹产生的原因,提出了解决措施,制定了T23焊接操作要点及推荐热处理工艺,以期为国内同类型机组的焊接质量监督和控制提供借鉴。
The crack of water-cooled wall made of T23 steel in 1 000 MW Boiler 5 occurred during the hy-draulic pressure test and unit commissioning processes in Shenhua Guohua Ninghai Power Plant.Through the analysis of the reasons for weld crack,this paper puts forward the solutions,formulates the T23 weld operation key points and the recommended thermal treatment technology to serve as a reference for the weld quality supervision and control for the domestic units of the same kind.
