摘要(Abstract)：

以北仑发电厂6号机组的烟气连续监测系统数据异常为例,分析了SO2数据异常的特征,提出了故障分析与诊断方法,得出了SO2数据异常的最终原因是红外气体分析仪内部软件CO过补偿所致的结论,成功解决了困扰一年多的测量难题。
Taking abnormal data of continuous emission monitoring system(CEMS) of unit 6 in Beilun Power Plant as an example,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the abnormal data of SO2 and proposes the fault analysis and diagnosis method.It concludes that the abnormal data of SO2 is fundamentally caused by overcompensation of CO in infrared gas analyzer,successfully solving the difficult problem in measurement that lasts one year or more.
