输电线路铁塔塔腿防腐的失效分析与预防

摘要(Abstract):

部分110~220 k V输电线路在运行过程中,铁塔塔腿经常出现严重腐蚀的情况,影响了杆塔的安全运行。为此,对铁塔塔腿腐蚀原因进行了剖析,对现场腐蚀样本进行形貌、EDS能谱、X射线衍射、元素分布等分析,进一步阐述了塔腿防腐失效的内在因素,并提出了相关防腐对策。
Serious leg corrosion affecting operation safety of towers is quite common in the operation of some110 ~220 k V transmission lines. Therefore, the paper discusses the corrosion causes and analyzes the corrosion sampling through morphology, EDS energy spectrum, X-ray diffraction and element; besides, it expounds intrinsic factors of anti-corrosion failure of the tower leg and presents some countermeasures.
