基于相控阵超声的GIS终端环氧套管检测方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对在役GIS终端环氧套管容易在金属嵌件结合面处开裂而且无有效检测方法的问题,提出了一种基于相控阵超声的环氧套管无损检测方法。通过研究环氧套管结构及声传播特性,利用超声检测专用模拟软件对声波在工件中的传播以及声波与缺陷的相互作用进行模拟,得出环氧套管相控阵扇形扫描检测方式,进而开发了环氧套管相控阵超声检测的专用检测系统。实验表明,检测系统能沿环氧套管外侧环向移动对环氧套管进行相控阵超声扇形扫查,通过扫查得到的图像,可以清晰地分辨出缺陷信号及固定信号,实现了GIS终端环氧套管安全状况的评估。
The in-service GIS terminal epoxy casing often cracks at the faying surface of metal insert, and there is no effective detection method. Therefore, the paper proposes a non-destructive detection method of epoxy casing based on phased array ultrasonic technology. Through the study of the structure of epoxy casing and the characteristics of sound propagation, the propagation of sound wave in the workpiece and the interaction between sound wave and defect are simulated by the special simulation software of ultrasonic testing, and the phased array sector scanning detection method of epoxy casing is obtained and a special detection system of epoxy casing based on phased array ultrasonic technology is developed. The experiment shows that the detection system can scan the epoxy casing with the phased array ultrasonic sector scanning along the outer ring of the epoxy casing; by scanning the images obtained, the defect signal and the fixed signal can be clearly identified, and the safety status of the GIS terminal epoxy casing is evaluated.
