浙江电网特高压直流输电工程保护闭锁策略

摘要(Abstract):

直流输电系统一旦发生故障,需要执行保护动作策略快速隔离,通过对特高压直流工程直流保护功能中的换流阀闭锁逻辑全面说明和总结,介绍了特高压直流工程故障隔离的一般措施,详细分析了宾金直流工程和灵绍直流工程的各种闭锁类型,在检测到相关故障的情况下,通过不同的闭锁策略,获得更快速更安全的停运效果,防止故障的进一步扩大,以减轻对设备和电网的冲击。对2个工程较为全面的综述和异同点的对比,给直流输电相关工作者提供参考。
Once the DC transmission system fails, it needs to carry out the protection strategy for isolation quickly. Through DC protection function of UHVDC project, the logic of the commutation valve locking is explained and summarized comprehensively. This paper introduces the general measures of fault isolation in UHVDC projects and analyzes in detail the various types of locking in Binjin DC project and Lingshao DC project. Under the fault condition, different locking strategies are adopted to achieve faster and safer outage effects to prevent further expansion of failures and mitigate the impact on equipment and power grids. The comparison of similarities and differences between the two projects provide a reference for the related workers of HVDC transmission.
