变电设备过电压在线监测应用研究Research on Online Overvoltage Monitoring Application of Power Transformation Equipment

摘要(Abstract):
电网中的过电压测量和监测是保障电力设备安全稳定运行的现实需求,现有过电压测量、监测的技术手段在操作安全性和便捷性以及测量频率、宽度方面尚存在缺陷和不足。对此,提出一种过电压监测的方法,在不改变电力设备一次接线方式的前提下,基于CT(电流互感器)等容性设备的末屏电流和电量转换关系,实现工频过电压、操作过电压、雷电过电压的宽频域过电压在线监测。实验室测试表明,基于所提方法研制的过电压在线测量装置在宽频域过电压监测中最大偏差不超过5.7%,现场运行中能有效捕捉到实际电网中的过电压信息和数据。
Overvoltage measurement and monitoring in the power grid are of realistic necessity to ensure the safe and stable operation of power equipment. The existing technical means of overvoltage measurement and monitoring have defects in terms of operational safety and convenience as well as measurement frequency and width. Based on the end shield current and the electric quantity conversion relationship of capacitive devices such as current transformer, an overvoltage monitoring method is proposed in this paper without changing the primary wiring mode of the power equipment. This method can achieve wideband overvoltage online monitoring of power frequency overvoltage, switching overvoltage, lightning overvoltage. Laboratory tests showed that the maximum deviation of the proposed method and device does not exceed 5.7% in wide-band frequency domain overvoltage monitoring, and the overvoltage information and data in the actual power grid can be effectively captured in the field operation.
