一种同步测试有功无功电能误差的三相电能表检定装置
A Three-phase Energy Meter Calibration Device for synchronous Active/Reactive Energy Error Test

摘要(Abstract):

结合国家电网公司省级计量中心智能电能表检定工作的要求,介绍了一种全新的三相电能表检定装置。该装置主要由ARM信号源、电压电流功率放大器、三相标准电能表、ARM单元控制板等模块组成,具备同步测试有功无功电能误差的功能,从而减少三相智能电能表有功无功电能误差的检定时间,有效提高检定效率。该装置对电能表生产厂家和各级计量检定机构有很好的应用价值。
Combined with requirements of provincial metering center of SGCC on smart meter calibration, the paper introduces a new three-phase meter calibration device, which comprises modules such as ARM signal source, voltage/current power amplifier, three-phase standard meter and ARM unit control board. The device can synchronously calibrate active and reactive energy error so as to reduce time for calibrating active and reactive energy error of three-phase smart energy meter and therefore to improve calibration efficiency. The device can be favorably applied in energy meter manufactures and metering calibration agencies at all levels.
