水电站上机架-定子机座系统模态及稳定性研究
Study on Modal and Stability of Upper Bracket and Stator Frame of a Hydropower Station

摘要(Abstract):

为保证某服役时间超过50年的常规水电机组上机架-定子机座的动态稳定性,采用模态分析法计算其上机架-定子机座系统的前6阶固有频率,同时分析了机组常见故障的特征频率。对比分析模态和常见故障特征频率表明,机组上机架-定子机座系统结构稳定,完全可以保证机组安全稳定运行。
In order to ensure the dynamic stability of the upper bracket and stator frame of a conventional hydropower generating unit with a service time exceeding 50 years, the first six natural frequency are calculated by modal analysis method in the paper, and the common fault characteristic frequency of the unit is analyzed.The modal comparison and analysis and fault characteristic frequency show that the upper bracket and stator frame is stable and can ensure unit operation safety and stability.
