风储联合系统的储能容量优化配置Optimal Capacity Configuration of Cogeneration System of Wind Power and Energy Storage

摘要(Abstract):
大规模风电并网给电力系统安全稳定运行带来了新的挑战。储能系统在提高风电接入能力方面具有广阔的应用前景,然而储能的高容量成本制约了风储联合系统的发展。为解决大规模风电并网的功率波动问题,在考虑风电出力波动性和电池储能系统自身运行约束的基础上,提出了风储联合系统的储能容量优化配置策略。算例结果表明,只有当系统惩罚成本的减少足以弥补储能投资的增加时,风电场才有动力投资储能。通过合理配置储能容量,能够在平抑风电功率波动的基础上,提高风电场运行经济性。
The integration of large-scale wind power brings new challenges to power system safety and stability. Energy storage system is quite promising in improving wind power access capability while the high capacity cost is a barrier in front of the development of cogeneration system of wind power and energy storage. To solve power fluctuation of large-scale wind power integration, the paper proposes optimal capacity configuration strategy based on wind power output fluctuation and operation restrictions of battery storage system. The calculation example shows that wind farms have energy storage investment drive only when penalty cost can make up energy storage investment increase. By optimal energy storage configuration, operation economy of wind farm is improved on the basis of suppressing power fluctuation of wind power.
