摘要(Abstract):
分布式发电具有灵活、分散、小型、靠近用户和使用清洁能源的特点,能提高局部供电可靠性、减少输电损耗、提高一次能源的利用率以及减少废气排放,具有很好的应用前景。作为一种集成分布式发电的解决方案,微网已成为电力行业内的一个研究热点。阐述了从分布式发电到微网概念的引出以及美国、欧盟、日本和国内对于微网研究的现状,给出了对微网研究的初步设想,以期推动微网的研究工作。
With characters of flexible,distributed,small,close to customers and using clean energy,the distributed generation is deemed a promising solution to the future power generation,able to improve the lo-cal power reliability,decrease the transmission loss,increase the usage of primary energy and slash the ex-haust emission.Microgrid is a research hotspot because of its effective integration and management of the distributed generation resources.This paper addresses the development of the concept of Microgrid and the research status in America,EU,Japan and China,and proposes the research ideas of Zhejiang Electric Power Test and Reseach Institute.
