考虑配电网分区的虚拟电厂分布式协同优化运行模型

摘要(Abstract):

虚拟电厂可聚合各分区配电网末端的可调节资源,以提升配电网供电质量。为此,构建了一种考虑配电网分区的虚拟电厂分布式协同优化运行模型。首先,设计虚拟电厂分层分区协调运行架构;其次,建立多配电网的虚拟电厂优化模型;接着,基于目标值交换原理对模型进行目标分解和分区解耦,并采用ADMM(交替方向乘子法)进行分布式求解;最后,通过两个改进的IEEE 33配电网系统进行算例分析,结果表明,采用所提模型可有效提高虚拟电厂运行效益,降低网络损耗和电压偏差。
Virtual power plants(VPPs) can aggregate adjustable resources at the ends of distribution network partitions to enhance power supply quality. To address this, a distributed cooperative optimal model for VPPs considering distribution network partitions is proposed. First, a hierarchical and partitioned cooperative framework for VPP operations is designed. Next, an optimal model for VPPs across multiple distribution networks is established. The model is then decomposed and decoupled using the objective value exchange principle, with distributed solving achieved through the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM). Finally, case studies using two modified IEEE 33-bus distribution systems demonstrate that the proposed model effectively improves the operational efficiency of VPPs, reduces network losses, and minimizes voltage deviations.
