基于零序电流相位变化量的灵活接地系统故障选线方法

摘要(Abstract):

为克服灵活接地系统接地保护耐过渡电阻能力差以及对故障信息利用不完全的问题,提出一种基于电流相位变化量的故障选线方法。首先,根据灵活接地系统单相接地故障时的零序等效电路,分析了小电阻投入前后各线路零序电流的相位变化趋势。然后,分析发现系统发生高阻接地故障时,健全线路零序电流的相位变化量与故障线路存在显著差异,并据此提出基于零序电流相位变化量的选线方法。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中对所提选线方法的正确性和有效性进行了验证。结果表明,该方法仅需获取小电阻投入前后各线路零序电流的相位信息,具有耐过渡电阻能力强,不受零序CT极性反接、非同步采样以及故障距离影响等优点。
To address the poor tolerance to transitional resistance and incomplete utilization of fault information in grounding protection for flexible grounding systems, a fault line selection method based on current phase variation is proposed. First, the phase variation trends of zero-sequence currents across lines before and after small resistance insertion are analyzed based on the zero-sequence equivalent circuit of single-phase grounding faults in flexible grounding systems. Then, it is observed that during high resistance grounding faults, the phase variation of zerosequence currents in healthy lines shows significant differences from that of the fault line. Based on this observation, a fault line selection method using zero-sequence current phase variation is proposed. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified in PSCAD/EMTDC simulations. Results show that the method only requires phase information of zero-sequence currents before and after small resistance insertion, offering strong transitional resistance tolerance and immunity to issues such as zero-sequence CT polarity reversal, asynchronous sampling, and fault distance variations.
