提高机组超速保护装置可靠性分析研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了超速保护装置的工作原理,针对由转速装置异常导致的机组不安全事件和非计划停运事件进行定性分析,总结汽轮机超速保护装置在E16型转速监测系统参数设置、 DCS监视和报警功能、现场设备安装位置等方面存在的问题,提出优化和改造措施,提高了机组超速保护装置的可靠性。
The paper introduces the working principle of overspeed protection device and qualitatively analyzes insecure events and unscheduled shutdown of units due to abnormal rotation speed; besides, it summarizes problems in parameter setting of E16 speed monitoring system, DCS monitoring and alarming function and field equipment installation location, etc. The optimization and improvement have been proposed to improve the reliability of the overspeed protection device.
