SCR脱硝系统流场优化改造关键技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

某发电厂1号锅炉600 MW机组SCR脱硝系统出口NOX浓度分布严重不均匀,氨逃逸量高导致空气预热器硫酸氢氨沉积和堵塞,影响机组安全稳定运行。对机组开展了流场优化技术改造,在流场优化改造前后均进行了脱硝系统入口流场测量,同时开展改造后脱硝系统进、出口NOX浓度和氨逃逸量测量,为准确评估流场优化改造效果提供了重要依据。研究结果表明:流场优化改造后脱硝入口流场均匀性得到显著提高。
There was uneven NOXconcentration distribution at SCR denitration outlet of a 600 MW unit of boiler No.1 in a power plant, extensive ammonia escape results in ammonium hydrogen sulfate deposition and blockage in air preheater, which influences unit operation safety and stability. Flow field transformation was conducted, and inlet flow field measurements before and after the transformation were performed; besides,inlet and outlet NOXconcentrations and ammonia escape after the transformation were measured, which provides a basis for the accurate evaluation of flow field optimization effect. The research shows that unevenness of inlet flow field of the denitration system is significantly improved after the transformation.
