循环水泵虚拟检修系统的研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

为了满足发电企业对设备检修人员的培训需求,针对当前台州发电厂循环水泵检修人员培训过程中所面临的实际问题,研究并开发了基于虚拟现实技术的发电厂循环水泵检修系统。分析循环水泵虚拟检修系统的功能特点,完成系统总体框架设计,明确了系统软/硬件组成,研究了虚拟检修系统所需的关键技术,并在此基础上完成了循环水泵虚拟检修系统的研制。该成果已获得成功应用。
In order to meet the requirements of power generation enterprises on equipment maintenance personnel training and aiming at the current practical problems during circulating water pump maintenance and personnel training in Taizhou Power Plant, a maintenance system for circulating water pump based on virtual reality technology is studied and developed. This paper analyzes function features of virtual maintenance system for circulating water pump, completes overall framework design of the system, determines the hardware and software composition of the system and investigates key technologies for virtual maintenance system, on the basis of which the development of virtual maintenance system for circulating water pump is completed.The achievement has been successfully applied in practice use.
