古越—舜江双线停役后运行方式优化的研究

摘要(Abstract):

由于高铁上虞牵引站线路的跨越施工,500 kV古越—舜江双线同时停役,导致该片电网稳定性严重下降。为降低电网运行风险,从潮流计算、暂态稳定分析、短路电流校核和小干扰分析等多个方面对运行方式的调整进行深入研究。研究结果表明:采用齐贤—兰亭双线合环(陪停兰亭3号主变)或太安—中纺双线合环的方式可达到优化运行方式的目的。
The outage of the two 500 kV lines of Guyue and Shunjiang caused by the line crossing construction of the Shangyu high-speed rail station decreases the grid stability in that area.This paper conducts the in-depth research on the operation mode adjustment in terms of the power flow calculation,transient stability analysis,short-circuit current verification and small signal stability analysis in order to reduce the grid operation risk.The result shows that enabling closed-loop operation of Qixian and Lanting lines(disabling the third transformer of Lanting station meanwhile) or Tai′an and Zhongfang lines can achieve the goal of operation mode optimization.
