浙江电网220kV及以上交流保护十年运行状况综述
Analysis on Relaying Protection and Its Operation Conditions in 220 k V and Above AC System of Zhejiang Power Grid in the Last Ten Years

摘要(Abstract):

通过分析继电保护装备水平、运行水平和缺陷情况,总结了浙江电网最近十年(2007—2016)在继电保护领域的发展情况。详细阐述了十年间220 k V及以上继电保护装备微机化率、双重化率、国产化率和光纤化率的发展情况,并对新出现的智能变电站辅助设备进行了统计分析,综合展示了装备水平的发展;分析了十年间220 k V及以上主网和发电厂保护的动作情况、一次设备故障情况和保护不正确动作原因;对十年间继电保护的缺陷类型、原因和部位进行了统计分析;最后,针对浙江电网近十年继电保护存在的问题及面临的挑战,提出了今后发展建议。
This paper summarizes the development of relaying protection in Zhejiang power grid in the last ten years(2007—2016) by analyzing the level of protective relay devices, operation condition and defects. Firstly,the proportion development of micro-computerization, double configuration, homemade production and optical fiber for 220 k V and above protective relay devices in the last ten years is demonstrated. Secondly, auxiliary equipment of the emerging intelligent substation gets counted and analyzed to comprehensively show the development of equipment level. Protection actions of 220 k V and above main grid and power plants, primary equipment fault and causes of incorrect protection actions in the last ten years are analyzed. Types, reasons and locations of relaying protection defects in the last ten years are analyzed. Lastly, the paper gives suggestions on the future development in accordance to the existing problems and challenges in relaying protection of Zhejiang power gird in the last ten years.
