脉冲充电模式下的电池外特性分析

摘要(Abstract):

随着能源互联网、电动汽车等行业的发展,储能电池成为了科研界与工业界的研究热点。在电池的循环使用过程中,迫切需要探索更加安全、快速、有效的充电方式。基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件建立了考虑非线性效应的电池电化学模型,研究其在不同充电电流倍率、脉冲频率及脉冲占空比下的电压和容量响应,探究其在脉冲充电模式下的电路状态变化特性。仿真结果表明,在大倍率的充电电流下,脉冲工作模式可以使得电池的可用容量提升5%及以上,该结果为脉冲充电工作模式后续研究提供了参考。
With the development of energy Internet and electric vehicles, energy storage batteries have become a research hotspot in the scientific and industrial communities. During the whole lifespan of a battery, it is an urgent request to explore safer, faster, and more effective charging methods. Based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, an electrochemical model of the battery considering the non-linear effect is established to study its voltage response and capacity response under different charging current rates, pulse frequencies, and pulse duty cycles. Besides, its parameter variation characteristics under pulse charging mode are investigated. The simulation results show that the pulsed operation mode can increase the available capacity of the battery by 5% or more at a large charging current rate. The results provide a reference for the subsequent research on the pulsed charging operation.
