数据驱动的汽轮机健康状态管理技术综述

摘要(Abstract):

汽轮机健康状态管理是数字发电厂的核心内容。通过阐述数据驱动汽轮机健康状态分析方法的分类和目前汽轮机健康状态管理技术的研究现状,提出了数据驱动汽轮机健康状态管理策略,分析国内主要制造企业关于汽轮机健康状态管理的工程应用现状以及智慧发电厂与汽轮机健康状态管理的关系,展望了汽轮机健康状态管理的未来发展方向。
Health management of steam turbine is a fundamental of a digital power plant. By introducing the classification of analytics for data-driven health management technology of steam turbine and research status quo of health management technology of steam turbine, the paper proposes data-driven health management strategy of steam turbine. Besides, it analyzes the engineering application of the proposed technology in domestic major manufacturing enterprises and the relationship between intelligent power plants and health management of steam turbine. Finally, the paper elaborates on the development direction of health management of steam turbine in the future.
