高压电缆状态监测技术在杭州地区的应用

摘要(Abstract):

高压电缆在城市输配电网中使用得越来越广泛,而目前电缆的状态监测与缺陷诊断技术还不够成熟。为了确保电缆的安全运行,杭州市电力局先后引进了高频局部放电在线测试设备、振荡波局放测试系统、接地电流与电缆温度在线监测系统、智能巡检机器人等新技术。本文介绍了电缆监测技术应用情况、各种监测技术的特点以及相关使用经验。
High-voltage cables have been increasingly widely used in urban transmission and distribution net- works. However, the present technologies for condition monitoring and defect diagnosis are not mature. In or- der to ensure the safe operation of cables, Hangzhou Power Bureau has successively introduced high-frequen- cy partial discharge on-line testing equipment, oscillation wave partial discharge test system(OWTS), ground- ing current and cable temperature on-line monitoring system, intelligent inspection robot and other new tech- nologies. This paper briefly introduces the application of cable monitoring technology, characteristics of vari- ous monitoring technologies and the relevant practical experience.
