摘要(Abstract)：

风能是一种蕴藏量丰富又可再生的清洁能源,舟山群岛地处我国海洋风力资源丰富的东南沿海,亟待发展海洋风能产业。分析了国内外风力发电特别是海上风力发电的现状、舟山群岛风力资源开发利用状况和存在的问题,舟山群岛新区建设和海岛社会发展对电力能源的需求,在此基础上提出了舟山群岛发展风力发电产业的建议。
Wind energy, known as a kind of clean energy, is abundant and renewable. Zhoushan Islands are located in southeast coastal area of China, where there is abundant offshore wind energy, and the wind energy needs to be explored. The paper analyzes development process and current status of wind power generation, especially offshore wind power generation both home and abroad, general situation of Zhoushan Islands, exploration and utilization of wind energy and the existing problems as well as electricity demand of Zhoushan Islands New District construction and social development of the islands. On this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions on developing wind power generation industry on Zhoushan Islands.
