新型配电网智能防雷绝缘子的研制
Development of an Intelligent Lightning Protection Insulator for Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):

为解决10 kV配电线路绝缘子易因雷击受损、雷击故障难识别的问题,设计和实现了一种通过NB-IoT(窄带物联网)通信,可识别雷电流和故障电流的一体式防雷绝缘子。该装置可以整体代替绝缘子和避雷器使用,有效将雷电流导入大地,并通过围绕在氧化锌阀片外的罗氏线圈采集雷电流或故障电流信号。测试结果表明,该防雷绝缘子能有效捕捉和识别雷击动作电流和故障电流,并通过NBIoT模块发送相应信息。
The insulators on 10 kV distribution lines are frequently damaged by lightning strike and the faults are difficult to identify. Therefore, an integrated lightning-proof insulator that can identify lightning current and fault current was designed and developed based on NB-IoT(narrow-band internet-of-things). The device can replace insulators and arresters to guide lightning current into the earth, and collects lightning current or fault current by Rogowski coil around the zinc oxide valve sheet. The test results show that the lightning protection insulator can effectively capture and identify lightning action current and fault current, and send information NB-IoTmodule.
