面向多应用场景的储能系统优化配置方法
Optimal Configuration Method of Energy Storage System Oriented to Multi-application Scenarios

摘要(Abstract):

随着可再生能源的大规模接入,配置储能系统成为提高电网灵活性和可靠性的重要手段。针对单一应用场景下储能系统利用率低的问题,提出了面向多应用场景的储能系统优化配置方法,以提升储能系统利用率,提高电网电压稳定性。首先,建立储能参与平抑风光输出波动、辅助调频与能量套利三个应用场景下的数学模型;其次,考虑储能系统循环充放电造成的寿命衰减,以配电网净成本最小为目标建立了运行调度优化模型,并进一步以储能系统配置总成本最小为目标建立了储能系统配置优化模型;然后,结合遗传算法和GUROBI求解器对储能优化配置模型进行求解,得到其最优配置方案;最后,通过IEEE 33节点系统对所提方法进行了仿真验证。结果表明,多应用场景下配电网中风光输出功率和节点电压波动显著下降,提高储能系统利用率的同时增强了电网的运行稳定性。
With the large-scale access of renewable energy,the configuration of energy storage system(ESS)has become an important means to improve the flexibility and reliability of the grid. Given the problem of low utilization rate of ESS in a single-application scenario,an optimal configuration method of ESS for multi-application scenarios is proposed to improve the utilization rate of ESS and enhance the voltage stability of power grid. Firstly,this paper establishes a mathematical model of ESS under the three application scenarios of smoothing wind and solar output fluctuation,auxiliary frequency regulation and energy arbitrage;secondly,it takes account of the life attenuation caused by the cyclic charge and discharge of ESS and builds an optimization model of operation and scheduling to minimize the net cost of distribution networks,and further establishes a storage system configuration optimization model intending to minimize the total cost of energy storage system configuration;then,the optimal configuration model of energy storage is solved by combining genetic algorithm and GUROBI solver to obtain its optimal configuration scheme;finally,the proposed method is simulated and verified by IEEE 33 node system. The results show that the wind and PV generation output power and node voltage fluctuations in the distribution network are significantly reduced under multi-application scenarios;the operational stability of the grid is enhanced while the utilization of the energy storage is improved.
