闭式冷却水系统大量空气进入的异常分析

摘要(Abstract):

热力发电厂闭式冷却水系统是一个重要且庞大的系统,为机组辅助设备提供冷却水源,以保证辅助设备及分系统的正常运行。某机组闭式冷却水系统曾发生大量空气窜入现象,导致该系统的闭式冷却水泵工作失常,为此对故障原因进行了详细的排查,找出了输灰空压机后冷却器的冷却水铜管破裂的故障点,解决了空气窜入的问题。
Closed cooling water system in thermal power plant is important and huge, providing cooling water for auxiliary equipment to enable auxiliary equipment and subsystem to run normally. There is excess of air in the closed cooling water system of some units, which resulted in abnormal operation of closed cooling water pump of the system. Therefore, causes for the failure are detected in detail. The cracked cooling water copper tube of the cooler behind air compressor for ash delivery is detected and air admission is stopped.
