秦山核电500kV输电系统风险点及预控

摘要(Abstract):

通过对秦山核电500 kV输电系统风险论证,有针对性地提出了"严防薄弱区域的保护拒动,优化3/2接线的运维模式,完善现有的停/服役操作顺序,运用新标准和新工艺建立输电系统风险评价机制及状态检修体系"等预控措施后,减少了输电系统的故障率和陪停率,提高了核电涉网系统连续安全运行率及送出通道的可用率。
By risk demonstration of 500 kV transmission system of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, the paper offers a pertinent precontrol measure of "strictly prevent operation-refusal of protection in weak area, optimize operation and maintenance mode of 3/2 connection, improve the existing operating sequence of shutoff and service, apply new standards and new technology to build up risk evaluation mechanism for transmission system and condition-based maintenance system" to reduce shutoff rate of transmission system affected by other adjacent system and raise the rate of continuous operation safety of nuclear power system related to power grid and usability of transmission channel.
