摘要(Abstract)：
通过一次三相加压、一次三相通流试验,验证电压互感器、电流互感器的二次回路接线正确,认为可以替代系统带负荷试验,从而优化变电站的投产启动模式。
The test of Three-phase Symmetric Load Voltage and Three-phase Symmetric Load Current can verify that instrument and control circuit of voltage transformer and current transformer are correct, maybe instead of the loading test of power system, thus can optimize substation startup mode.
