摘要(Abstract)：

地区电网调度自动化系统是地区电网安全、稳定运行的重要手段,同时也是上一级调度自动化系统的信息基础。加强地区调度自动化系统的标准化、规范化建设,对建立完善、先进、实用的调度自动化系统,以及对电力调度中心与各地区调度自动化系统联网打好基础具有重要的意义。分析了目前电网调度系统在信息处理上存在的问题,通过规范信息分类,并基于SCADA系统对即时信息进行了优化,提高了事故处理效率。
The regional power grid dispatching automation system is an important means for the security and stability operation of regional grid.Meanwhile,it is the information basis of the up-level dispatching automation system.It has the vital significance to strengthen the standardized of regional dispatching automation system for establishing a perfect,advanced,practical dispatching automation system,as well as for laying a good foundation of interconnection between the electric power dispatching centers and regional dispatching automation system.This paper analyzes the existing problems of information processing in the current situation of power grid dispatching system classification.The real-time information has been optimized based on SCADA system according to the standard information to classification,and the accident treatment efficiency is improved.
