摘要(Abstract):
分析了北仑发电厂600 MW机组高加疏水控制系统存在的问题,提出了通过单室平衡容器实现疏水水位差压式测量;进行疏水水位测量压力温度修正和疏水水位控制由基地式控制改为DCS控制的改进方案,可为存在类似问题的发电厂提供参考和借鉴。
This paper analyses the existing problems of the drainage control system for high pressure heaters of 600 MW units in Beilun Power Plant and offers the improvement scheme,in which the drainage water level differential pressure measurement is achieved with a single chamber balance vessel.In addition,the pressure and temperature are corrected for drainage water level measurement and local control of drainage water level.is replaced with distributed control system(DCS).It can serve as a reference for other power plants with the similar problems.
