某300MW机组锅炉低氮燃烧器改造后再热汽温偏差大原因分析及调整

摘要(Abstract):

某300 MW机组锅炉低氮燃烧器改造后,由于燃烧不均匀引起左右侧烟气温度产生较大偏差,致使A侧再热蒸汽出口温度比B侧低10℃以上,两侧再热汽温产生了较大偏差,再热蒸汽平均温度达不到额定值且汽温高的一侧经常超温,严重影响了机组运行的经济性和安全性。根据旋流燃烧器的特点,通过调整燃烧器配风等方式消除了两侧再热汽温的偏差,平均再热汽温可达额定值541℃,同时也消除了SCR脱硝装置入口两侧烟温的偏差,使SCR脱硝装置正常运行。
There is great deviation between gas temperatures at the left and right side due to uneven combustion after low NOXboiler burner retrofit of 300 MW unit. The outlet temperature of reheat steam at side A is10℃ lower than that at side B; there is great temperature deviation between reheat steam at both sides; the average reheat steam temperature can not reach the rated value and overtemperature often occurs at the side with higher steam temperature, which influences economic efficiency and safety of units operation. According to the characteristics of the swirling burners, the reheat steam temperature deviation at both sides has been solved by measures such as adjusting air flow distributions of burners; the average reheat steam temperature can reach the rated value of 541℃ and gas temperature deviation at both side of SCR denitration device inlet is eliminated to enable denitration device to operate normally.
