电缆终端塔接地电缆固定装置的研制Development of Grounding Cable Fixing Device for Cable Terminal Tower

摘要(Abstract):
在输电线路运行维护过程中,电缆终端塔接地电缆常常发生脱落和变形的情况,且发生次数呈逐年增加趋势,给输电线路的安全稳定运行埋下了隐患。为消除这一隐患,从安全、实用和经济原则出发,研制出一种固定接地电缆装置,并对其设计制作过程中的选材、相关参数确定等进行了详细论述。现场使用结果表明,该装置能够有效避免接地电缆发生脱落和变形,提高了电缆线路运行的安全性。
During operation and maintenance of transmission lines, the grounding cable of cable terminal tower often breaks off and distorts, which is becoming increasingly frequent and bringing hazards to operation safety and stability of transmission lines. In order to eliminate this hidden danger, a grounding cable fixing device is developed based on safety, practicality and economy, and material selection and parameter determination in the design process are discussed in detail. The field application shows that the device can effectively prevent the shedding and deformation of the grounding cable and improve operation safety of cable lines.
