摘要(Abstract):

以浙江地区某采用分布式发电的互联网数据中心建设项目为依托,开展了分布式新能源电厂电源侧的保护与控制策略研究。首先介绍了电源侧(即能源站)的控制系统配置,从控制系统的目标和策略、能源站孤岛检测策略、柴油发电机群控策略等多方面分析了现有保护和控制配置方案的技术细节,并针对控制系统调试中出现的技术难点进行了研究,提出了相关技术和管理方面的改进建议。
Based on the construction project of Internet data center of distributed generation in Zhejiang province, protection and control strategy research on the power-side protection and control for distributed new energy power plant was conducted. The paper introduces power-side(energy station) control system configuration and analyzes technical details of the existing protection and control scheme in terms of goal and strategy of the control system, energy station inspection strategy and diesel generator group control; furthermore, the paper investigates technical difficulties in control system commissioning and proposes improvement of technology and management.
