摘要(Abstract):
针对500 kV/220 kV弱电磁环网在事故情况下500 kV断面超稳定限额问题,提出了限电敏感系数这一参数,通过对各种切负荷方案的仿真计算,提出了湖州电网限额控制总体策略,通过基于限电敏感系数排序策略,成功解决了欠切或过切问题,构建了电网安全稳定系统。
This paper presents the coefficient of power rationing sensitivity to tackle the problem of 500 kV section exceeding stability limit when an accident occurs in the 500 kV / 220 kV weak electromagnetic looped network.Based on the simulation calculation of various load shedding schemes,the overall strategy of rationing control for Huzhou grid is put forward.The problem of under-shedding or over-shedding is solved successfully by performing the ordering strategy of power rationing sensitivity coefficient,and the safe and stable system for power grid is established.
