摘要(Abstract):
基于IEC 61970/61968标准建立配电网模型,通过友好的图形界面交互,进行正常态和故障态下配电网的模拟仿真。以计划表进行故障和异常场景的重现,以应用池作为各种场景的组态,利用配电网仿真场景技术对配电网自动化主站进行测试,并在温州供电公司配电网自动化系统建设中进行了实际测试应用。
A distribution network model is established based on IEC 61970/61968 to simulate the distribution network in normal state and failure state through friendly graphic interface interaction. The fault and abnormity scenes are reflected with the schedule, and the application pool is used as configuration of various scenes.The automated master stations of distribution networks are tested via distribution network simulation scene technology; besides, the technology is applied to the practical test in construction of the distribution network automation system of Wenzhou Power Supply Company.
