基于桥臂等效电容的全桥子模块型MMC快速仿真方法

摘要(Abstract):

MMC(模块化多电平换流器)包含了大量的开关元件,给电磁暂态仿真带来了很大的计算负担。针对该问题,提出了一种基于桥臂等效电容的全桥子模块型MMC快速仿真方法。提出了正常工作、闭锁和全状态的桥臂等效电路建模方法,开发了一种精确仿真全桥MMC电磁暂态响应的仿真模型。在PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建了两端MMC直流电网测试系统验证其可行性,同时将模型和戴维南等效模型进行对比,结果验证了所提全桥子模块型MMC快速仿真方法的精确性和快速性。
MMC(modular multilevel converter) contains a large number of switching elements, which brings a huge computational burden to the electromagnetic transient simulation. For this problem, this paper proposes a rapid simulation method for full-bridge sub-module MMC based on bridge arm equivalent capacitance. A modeling method for arm equivalent circuit under normal working state, blocking state and full state was developed, and a simulation model was developed which can accurately simulate electromagnetic transient response of the full bridge MMC. On PSCAD/EMTDC platform, a two-terminal MMC-based DC grid test system was constructed to validate its feasibility.Additionally, the model was compared with the Thevenin equivalent model. The results confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed simulation.
