基于盒式鲁棒的主动配电网经济调度Economic Dispatch of Active Distribution Network based on Box-type Robustness

摘要(Abstract):
针对DG(分布式电源)和负荷的不确定性,建立了源荷的盒式可调鲁棒规划模型,可得到恶劣场景下运行成本最低的调度方案。模型中考虑了储能、静止无功补偿器、微型燃气轮机、需求侧负荷等模块的运行约束和协调控制,并引入不确定性调节参数,对源荷的不确定性进行调整。基于二阶锥等方法将模型转化为混合整数二阶锥规划问题,运用强对偶理论和拉格朗日变换简化模型,分析比较模型的经济性、鲁棒性、对分布式能源出力波动性的调节能力等,得出此模型能更好的满足系统的电压安全稳定、消纳分布式能源,并降低系统运行成本的结论。
Given the uncertainty of distributed generation(DG)and load,a box-type adjustable robust planning model for source and load is established,which can obtain a scheduling scheme with the lowest operating cost in harsh scenarios. The model considers the operation constraints and coordinated control of energy storage, static var compensator,micro gas turbine,demand-side load,etc.,and introduces uncertainty adjustment parameters to flexibly adjust the uncertainty of the dispatch scheme. Based on the second-order cone and other methods,the model is transformed into a mixed-integer second-order cone programming problem,and the strong duality theory and Lagrangian transform are used to simplify the model,and the economy,robustness and capability of adjusting output fluctuation of distributed energy. It is concluded that this model can better satisfy the voltage security and stability of the system,distributed energy consumption,and reduce system operating costs.
