摘要(Abstract):
火电机组深度调峰期间,由于脱硝系统入口烟温无法满足系统投运的最低温度,烟气中NO_X污染物不能实现达标排放。为了提高机组调峰能力,保证环保指标全程达标,某发电厂在宽负荷脱硝改造前后,开展了大量的探索和实践,并总结出行之有效的措施,大幅降低了脱硝系统投入的最低负荷点,为同类型机组实现宽负荷脱硝系统投入提供借鉴。
During deep peak regulation of thermal power units, NO_X pollutants in flue gas can not meet the discharge standards. The reason is that entrance flue gas temperature at the denitrification system entrance can not meet the minimum temperature for system operation. In order to improve the peakregulation capability of the unit and ensure full compliance with environmental protection indicators in the whole process, a power plant carried out a lot of exploration and practice before and after wide load denitrification plant transformation, and summarized effective measures, by which substantial reduction of the minimum load point of denitration system investment is achieved to provide reference to wide load denitration system investment for units of the same type.
