大规模源网荷友好互动系统网络建设方案研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过介绍江苏大规模源网荷友好互动系统的系统建设模式,从网络构架、组网方式、网络通道等方面详细探讨了毫秒级、秒级精准切负荷系统营销控制大区和管理信息大区的网络建设方案,并提出了安全防护方案。目前,系统已在江苏电网投入运行,实现了电源、电网、负荷之间的快速协调控制,在特高压直流闭锁时提供有效支撑,确保了江苏电网作为受端大电网在紧急情况下的安全稳定运行。
On the basis of introducing the system construction mode of Jiangsu large-scale source-grid-load friendly interaction system, this paper elaborates on the network construction program of the millisecond-level and second-level precision load cutting system in marketing control area and management information area from the aspects of network architecture, networking mode and transmission channel; moreover, it puts forward the security protection program. At present, the system has been put into practical operation in Jiangsu power grid and achieves rapid coordination and control between source, grid and load. The system provides effective support for UHVDC blocking and ensures operation safety and stability of Jiangsu power grid as a receiving-end large power grid in emergencies.
