提高热控系统故障应急处理能力的研究

摘要(Abstract):

从故障源辨识、预案编制、预案验证等方面,探讨了发电厂热控系统故障应急处理预案的编制基本要素;介绍了现场应急处置的基本要求和一、二级故障应急处置基本原则,为热控专业人员编制和完善热控系统应急处理预案、进行故障现场应急处理提供参考。
By recognizing fault sources,preparing and verifying the program,the paper probes basic elements of preparing program for emergency handling;specifies basic requirements and process for onsite emergency handling of first-grade and second-grade faults,referenced to preparation and perfection of the program as well as onsite emergency handling of faults by specialists in the power plant.
