摘要(Abstract):
研究了国际上在智能电网信息集成方面的技术发展和前景,分析了IEC 61968标准和消息的研究成果和实现方法。探讨杭州电力局配电管理系统(DMS)在智能电网建设中采用IEC 61968标准实现企业信息总线传递标准服务接口的集成需求,并通过地理信息系统(GIS)供电范围查询服务进行技术验证。
This paper studies the international technical development and prospect of information integration for smart grid,analyzes the research findings and implementation methods of IEC 61968 standard and message.The integration of enterprise information bus delivery standard service interface is explored during smart grid construction by means of IEC 61968 standard for distribution management system(DMS) in Hangzhou Municipal Electric Power Bureau.And the technical verification is carried out through the inquiry service of power supply range in the geographic information system(GIS).
