摘要(Abstract)：
针对特高压骨干电网建成后的浙江电网新格局,研究500kV省际联络线的调整方式,通过对电网潮流和暂态稳定的影响分析,提出了在控制500kV电网短路电流的同时,适当解开省际联络线,以保持电网稳定性、降低事故扩大可能性的技术方案。
Based on the new pattern of Zhejiang power grid after the completion of Ultra-high Voltage(UHV) backbone network,this paper studies the adjustment methods of 500 kV interprovincial tie-line.Through the analysis of the impact on the power flow and transient stability,it proposes the technical scheme of controlling the short-circuit current and untying the interprovincial tie-line properly to maintain the system stability and reduce the risk of deteriorating an accident.
