变压器套管末屏适配器结构及其安全性研究

摘要(Abstract):

变压器套管在线监测需要末屏适配器引出末屏接地电流信号。统计某省电力公司主要变压器套管末屏接地结构,解决末屏适配器研制存在的问题,包括末屏信号引出的可靠性、适配器的防水密封性及耐久性、末屏信号外引的防开路保护及预试拆装的方便性以及末屏适配器的兼容性等。针对3种主要末屏结构分别研制了末屏适配器,并对其安全性进行了研究。结果表明,末屏适配器防尘、防水及抗振性能满足国家标准,在末屏开路时工频及雷电冲击电压下末屏适配器防开路保护装置均能可靠动作。
Tap adapter is necessary in online monitoring of transformer bushings to induct current connected to bushing tap. In this paper,earthing structures of transformer bushings in one provincial power grid are investigated. Problems including signal induct,waterproof and durability,open circuit protection,convenience of disassembly and assembly in preventive test and compatibility are handled. Aiming at 3 major earthing structures,3 types of interface adapters are designed and the safety of transformer bushing tap adapter are studied. The results show that dustproof,water-proof and vibration resistance performances of the tap adapter meet the national standards;when the bushing tap is open,open circuit protection device of the bushing tap adapter can operate reliably under power frequency and lightning impulse voltage.
