热力发电厂空压机余热利用技术研究及应用Utilization Technology Research and Application of Residual Heat of Air Compressor in Thermal Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
为环保节能、回收利用空压机的余热,以某热力发电厂锅炉空压机房M250空压机压缩空气系统为例,通过对热回收改造技术的实践应用,将空压机内部温度系统控制及热回收模块进行改造,回收多余热量,用于员工生活用热水以及中央空调暖通用热水,节能效果明显。
In order for environmental protection and residual heat recycling of air compressor, the paper takes M250 air compressor in a boiler air compressor room of a thermal power plant as an example. Through application of residual heat recycling technology, the inner temperature system control and heat recycling module of the air compressor are transformed to recycle the residual heat to provide hot water for employees and ventilation of central air conditioning, from which significant energy-saving effect is achieved.
