电力钢管杆失效解析及改进对策

摘要(Abstract):

通过对一起10 kV钢管杆强度不足的全过程失效分析,从杆塔设计、杆型结构、材料选用、制造施工等多个环节着手,分析可能引起挠度超标和节点弯曲的原因,提出相应的改进对策,并取得了良好的效果。
By analysis on a whole-process failure of 10 kV steel poles due to poor strength, the paper explores the reasons of excessive deflection and node bending in terms of design of poles and towers, pole structure, material selection, manufacture and construction; it proposes relevant improvement, in which favorable effect is achieved.
