电动汽车充电站智能巡检机器人系统研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对电动汽车充电站主要通过安装视频设备及人工巡检的方式监控充电设施运行状态的现状,提出了一种应用于充电站巡检的智能轨道机器人系统。该系统通过可见光及红外设备以自动巡检或特巡的方式对充电站内的充电设备运行状态,充电车位的使用情况及站内的环境进行智能监控。介绍了智能轨道巡检机器人的系统构成,轨道机器人动力系统的设计实现,充电桩监控及智能车位管理系统的实现。通过现场运行表明,该智能轨道机器人系统可对充电站站内的设备及环境进行高效的监控,大大提高充电设备运行的安全可靠性和充电车位使用的合理性。
At present, charging apparatus monitoring in EV charging station relies on video equipment and manual inspection. The paper introduces an intelligent rail-guided robotic inspection system for EV charging station, which by means of visible light and infrared device intelligently inspects operating status of charging device, parking space occupancy and station environment. In addition, the paper introduces the component of the rail-guided robotic inspection system, design of dynamical system and the implementation of charging pile monitoring and intelligent parking space management system. The filed operation shows that the system can efficiently monitor equipment in charging station and the environment, and significantly improves safety and reliability of equipment operation as well as reasonable utilization of parking space for EV charging.
